Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method, or in the case of a damaged item, a replacement of the same item.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged
• items returned must be in new, unused and undamaged condition
• digital download items can not be returned, however if for some reason you are unable to open your download, you may request a backup file following the same procedure as an exchange of physical products
• items can only be exchanged for items of the same type and will be subject to product availability

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided
   

PLEASE NOTE: in the case of requesting a replacement for an item that was received in damaged condition, photos of the damaged item must be included in your request for a return and will be subject to the seller's discretion to approve or deny requests for replacements
